Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to lead Relativity engagements within our legal technology team in the UK. You will manage project execution, maintain client relationships, learn client specs, and advise on best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee schedules, QA, and resource allocation, working closely with production staff and clients to meet deadlines and industry standards. Strong analytics and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (2.1) or relevant experience.
• Experience with Relativity is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of eDiscovery project management experience; vendor preferred.
• Working knowledge of operations - processing, imaging, printing, coding.
• Deep experience with Analytics, TAR projects and threading.
• Above average knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Customer service orientation; clear communication of complex concepts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of Relativity projects end-to-end.
• Track delivery schedules, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to learn specs and advise on best practices.
• Coordinate production staff and allocate resources based on deadlines.
• Attend client meetings with sales teams to support business development.
• Monitor multiple projects to ensure deadlines are met.
