Qualifications

• Knowledge of the High Court filing process and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and own tasks.

• Willingness to work additional hours to complete essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Manages document production processes (hard copy and electronic).
• Collects materials from client, opposing parties and third parties.
• Tracks documents through management systems and case milestones.
• Coordinates preparation and filing of briefs and legal documents.
• Checks legal cites for format and standing; proofreads documents.
• Interacts with clients, government agencies, experts, other firms and court personnel.
• Manages witness statements and interviews; trial/h hearing prep.
