Job summary
Latham & Watkins’ Manchester office seeks an Enterprise Applications Engineer to lead design, implementation, and maintenance of the firm’s enterprise software platforms. You will enable attorneys and staff to work from office and remote locations, delivering integrated solutions for document generation, business development, client intake, and billing.
The role requires SME expertise across enterprise apps, strong problem-solving, and experience with deployments, upgrades, and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in an application or infrastructure support role.
- Experience providing upper-level support or mentoring within a technology department.
- Experience with enterprise-class software installations, upgrades, training and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise software application platforms for attorneys and staff.
- Provide SME guidance across enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot software issues related to firmwide technology projects.
- Install, maintain and upgrade software; set standards for firm software.
- Create training materials and deliver training to regional trainers and end-users.
