Pertemps Scotland in Edinburgh is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy tool and equipment hire operation. You will drive sales, manage stock, and develop a small team to deliver excellent customer service.

Featuring a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary of £35,000–£37,000, the role focuses on health and safety, strong commercial awareness, and building lasting customer relationships within the branch and wider network.

Qualifications

• Experience in tool hire, plant hire, sales or customer service.
• Previous team leadership or management experience is advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of three.
• Deliver excellent customer service and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Manage stock levels and ensure equipment is safe, maintained and ready for hire.
• Build strong customer relationships and support business growth.
• Work closely with the wider branch team to maximise sales opportunities.
