Pertemps Bond in Edinburgh is recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead a busy tool and equipment hire operation. The role focuses on driving sales, managing a small team, and ensuring safe, well-maintained stock is available for hire.

We are seeking a commercially minded individual with strong leadership and customer service skills to grow the branch and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in tool hire or plant hire or sales.
• Previous team leadership or management experience is advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales.

Branch Manager

Location: Edinburgh

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, plus alternate Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an experienced and commercially minded Hire Manager to lead their Edinburgh branch.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach to manage a busy tool and equipment hire operation.

Key Responsibilities
