Jewson in Edinburgh is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, drive sales, manage KPIs, and develop a high-performing team. You will build strong customer and supplier relationships while ensuring safety, stock, and compliance standards are met.

The role is based at Edinburgh Ratcliffe Terrace and requires a full UK driving license, with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturday mornings on alternate weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Good commercial and financial awareness.
• Knowledge of builders’ merchant or construction industry.
• Confident, resilient and able to manage competing priorities.
• Good IT skills and a full UK driving licence.
