Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong ability to apply reliability and maintenance data to drive improvements.
• Solid knowledge of RC M, FMEA, RCA and defect elimination methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Reliability team to maximise site equipment reliability.
• Drive maintenance programs, asset improvement and reliability strategy.
• Own CMMS data integrity, planning and scheduling compliance.
• Collaborate with site leadership to deliver safety, efficiency and OEE targets.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
