Manchester Met is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Project Officer to join the EDI Team. You will provide high-quality project and administrative support across a varied programme portfolio, coordinating milestones, meetings and communications to strengthen belonging and inclusion.

You'll report to the Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, working in a collaborative, people-led environment with flexible and hybrid arrangements.

Formación

• A degree or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivery of strategic EDI projects and programmes across the University.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and monitor progress.
• Coordinate meetings, events, staff networks and engagement activities.
• Diary management for the Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
• Support communications through digital channels and internal campaigns.
• Manage team administration, procurement, events and stakeholder communications.
• Gather feedback, analyse data and prepare reports to inform future activity.
• Build relationships with colleagues and external partners to support delivery.
