Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Project Officer to coordinate a varied portfolio of EDI initiatives. You’ll report to the Head of EDI and play a key role in delivering projects that strengthen belonging across our community.

• Degree or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience, is essential.
• Experience coordinating projects and communicating with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong organisational, planning and administrative capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of strategic EDI projects and programmes across the University.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and monitor progress.
• Coordinate meetings, events, staff networks and engagement initiatives.
• Provide diary management for the Director of EDI and support communications activity.
• Gather feedback, analyse data and prepare reports to inform future activity.
• Build relationships with colleagues and external partners to deliver EDI priorities.
