University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EDI Officer to support the development, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based projects and action plans across a range of protected characteristics.

Based within the central EDI Team and reporting to an EDI Manager, you will coordinate events and networking activities, deliver training and prepare reports and communications materials.

Qualifications

• Experience working on equality, diversity and inclusion issues and delivering related training.
• Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and its duties in higher education settings.

Responsibilities

• Support development, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based EDI projects and action plans.
• Coordinate events and networking activities, deliver training and presentations, and prepare reports and communications materials.
• Analyse and present staff and student data while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data protection requirements.
