University Of Oxford’s Mathematical Institute seeks an EDI Officer to turn its equality, diversity and inclusion strategy into measurable change. The role focuses on implementing, monitoring and evaluating the Athena Swan Action Plan, providing expert guidance and leading EDI projects with staff and students.

• Substantial relevant experience developing, implementing or evaluating EDI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of equality and diversity issues.
• Experience analysing quantitative and/or qualitative data and translating findings into recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and evaluate EDI initiatives and practices.
• Monitor progress of the Athena Swan Action Plan and report outcomes.
• Provide specialist EDI advice to colleagues and leadership.
• Collaborate with the EDI Committee and departments across the University.
• Share best practice with EDI colleagues across the University.
