Job summary

Ping Europe is hiring an EDI Analyst to own and manage the company’s trading partner network. You will onboard partners using AS2, VAN and SFTP and build/maintain the mappings that carry orders, invoices and shipping data.

You will ensure all connections stay healthy, including Hydra bulk order flows for customers without direct connections. The role requires strong EDI knowledge (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2), experience with EDI mapping tools and solid SQL skills to troubleshoot relational

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2).
• Practical experience with EDI mapping and translation tools.
• SQL and relational database knowledge for troubleshooting.

Ping Europe runs a growing network of EDI connections with its customers and suppliers. This role owns it as a formal, commercial function.

You will onboard new trading partners across AS2, VAN and SFTP, build and maintain the transaction maps that carry orders, invoices and shipping data and keep every connection healthy, including Hydra bulk order flows for customers without a direct connection.

You bring

• Strong working knowledge of EDI standards and protocols, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML and AS2.
• Practical experience with EDI mapping and translation tools.
• SQL and relational database knowledge for troubleshooting, with sharp attention to detail.
