Job summary

Mackenzie Jones is recruiting an SAP EDI Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Slough, Berkshire. Three days on-site weekly with eligibility to work in the UK.

The successful candidate will support Order To Cash and Supply Chain processes within a manufacturing environment and partner with system integrators to manage EDI interfaces and Idocs. Key tasks include troubleshooting EDI maps, onboarding customers, and supporting SAP upgrades and testing activities while ensuring compliance and audit

Qualifications

• Experience with Order To Cash and Supply Chain processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA or ECC6 environments.
• EDI data, maps, messaging and Idocs handling experience.
• Ability to onboarding customers and manage EDI interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide EDI and SAP support for OTC and SCM processes.
• Troubleshoot EDI maps, Idocs and messaging across systems.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor SAP/EDI interfaces and manage incidents with 3rd parties.

SAP EDI Support Specialist required with a good understanding of Order To Cash & Supply Chain processes, ideally gained in a Manufacturing environment.
