Job summary

IC Resources is helping a Bristol-based technology company hire an AI Compiler Engineer to design and develop compiler infrastructure for specialised hardware. You will join a highly technical team with strong ownership, shaping the compiler stack and performance for real-world deployment.

The role requires deep C/C++, experience with LLVM/MLIR, and an understanding of AI/ML workloads and graph compilation. You will influence tooling and optimisations across the compiler pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience with compiler infrastructure such as LLVM or MLIR.
• Understanding of AI/ML workloads, graph compilation, or performance optimisation.
• Strong C/C++ and systems-level programming experience.
• Experience with code generation, optimisation, or low-level software development is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI compiler infrastructure targeting specialised hardware platforms.
