Job summary

Arm is seeking software engineers to join the ML compiler development team within the Central Technology Machine Learning Group. You will design and implement an AI/ML compiler and ensure its smooth integration with the ML software stack.

The role emphasizes strong C++/Python programming, compiler knowledge (MLIR/TVM), and the ability to work independently or in small teams while maintaining high standards for testing and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience taking complex software from initial design through to production and support.
• Strong programming expertise in C++ and Python.
• Compiler knowledge, ideally MLIR or TVM.
• Understanding of how to rigorously test software and design software for test.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools when working on a shared codebase.
• Capable of working independently or in small groups, with a high degree of initiative.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset.
