Job summary

Arm's Central Technology Machine Learning Group seeks highly motivated software engineers to join the ML compiler development team. You will contribute to shaping AI on Arm’s platforms, working on ML graph compilation, model ingestion, memory allocation, and performance optimisation across the ML stack.

You will join a diverse team with opportunities to collaborate across specialists, influence compiler design, and grow through challenging, iterative development in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with the full software lifecycle - taking complex software from initial design through to production and support
• Strong programming expertise in C++ and Python
• Compiler knowledge, ideally experience with ML compilation technologies such as MLIR or TVM
• Understanding of how to rigorously test software and design software for test
• Ability to effectively use AI tools when working on a shared codebase
• Capable of working independently or in small groups, with a high degree of initiative
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
