An established industry player is seeking a passionate individual to enhance their Individual Giving strategies. Salary: £31,133.37 (plus £5023.71 of London weighting if applicable)
Location: Flexible with home working option, regular travel to London is also required

This pivotal role will see you help deliver the Individual Giving (IG) and Retention strategies, working collaboratively with colleagues across teams in IG to increase the lifetime value of cash, regular giving, and lottery supporters. You’ll work with the Senior Direct Marketing Manager to lead on the delivery and development of direct marketing campaigns to engage supporters, from those who have just started giving to lifelong supporters, stewarding them across their journey with Shelter. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a matrix way across multiple products and projects that push forward both team and organizational strategies.
You will empower supporters to control how they give, when we contact them, and the content that resonates most. You’ll build multi-channel, integrated campaigns that foster strong supporter relationships and long-term loyalty. Additionally, you’ll work with new products and propositions to retain supporters innovatively and collaborate with colleagues, agencies, and suppliers.
You are passionate about delivering outstanding supporter experiences and maximizing income opportunities. You have a good understanding of direct marketing and digital channels such as direct mail, SMS, telemarketing, and email. You’re experienced in optimizing campaigns and sharing insights from both successes and failures.
You naturally manage and influence stakeholders to achieve results. You excel at analyzing data and using supporter insights to inform decisions. You have an interest in, or willingness to learn about, product management and development.
You are open to challenging the status quo and introducing new ideas, methods, and processes. You keep ahead of emerging trends and are comfortable working in matrix teams.
