Keywords Studios is an international creative and technology services provider for the global video games and entertainment industries. Our Create division specializes in delivering top-tier art, game development, and audio services, collaborating with major industry players to push creativity and innovation.

We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce Admin/Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. You will serve as an internal expert for Salesforce, supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating with an external development partner to ensure our CRM platform is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about operational excellence using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administer and maintain Salesforce, including user setup, permissions, roles, page layouts, workflows, automation, and integrations.
  2. Collaborate with external Salesforce development teams, participating in agile ceremonies.
  3. Support internal stakeholders across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  4. Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.
  5. Utilize tools like Salesforce Inspector for data analysis, updates, and debugging.
  6. Conduct data audits and manage data integrity across systems.
  7. Identify and recommend CRM improvements and enhancements.
  8. Create and maintain documentation on processes and system configurations.
  9. Partner with RevOps leadership on strategic Salesforce projects.
  10. Analyze business data and workflows, providing insights using Salesforce and Excel.
Requirements:
  1. 4–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce admin or specialist, preferably in Revenue or Sales Operations.
  2. Salesforce Administrator certification (required); additional certifications are a plus.
  3. Experience managing complex Salesforce environments across multiple departments.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and schema builder.
  5. Proven ability to build dynamic reports and dashboards.
  6. Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
  7. Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and external teams.
  8. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis.
  9. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  10. Self-motivated with high accountability and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B companies or Revenue/Sales Operations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with third-party tools (e.g., HubSpot, CPQ).
  • Basic Salesforce development understanding (Apex, triggers, Lightning components) is a plus.
