Your role in a nutshell

Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Uphold the company’s values and vision while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

With over 2,000 products designed to meet diverse customer preferences, our team engages daily with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that make them feel good. Many products are made with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programs, helping communities build better lives as we promote our products.


As part of our team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice, share insights into our products and philosophy, and learn about the origins and benefits of our range. You will proactively engage with customers to find products suited to their preferences and lifestyle.
