Are you a Project Management professional looking to work on projects that make a difference and enhance the world around us?

We are seeking Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with experience in the Water industry to join our Infrastructure Project Management team. You will work on projects within the £88bn AMP8 investment period, with opportunities across the Southeast, Southwest, London, Midlands, and nationwide with government bodies.

Our team is growing, supported by a strong pipeline of projects, and we value innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects within collaborative teams.
  • Manage client-side project activities, including stakeholder engagement, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contracts.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and time expectations.
  • Support and manage project teams, ensuring resource adequacy.
  • Manage subcontractors and remote resources.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in business development with existing and new clients.
Qualifications
  • Experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in Water.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts, especially PSC and ECC.
  • Experience working in integrated, collaborative teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Motivated with a growing industry network.
  • Relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and IT skills.
Education & Professional Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a consulting environment providing full PM services.
  • Degree in project management, engineering, environmental science, construction, or relevant field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
  • Project management qualification (e.g., APMQ, PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • Membership in a professional body (e.g., APM, CIOB) is preferred.
