About The Role

• Carry out gas and oil servicing
• Respond to maintenance requests as and when required
• Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor
• Itemize work to be carried out in customers’ dwellings and premises
• Perform work to high-quality standards expected by the organization
• Uphold Data Protection Policies
• Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
• Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by Management to ensure efficient business operations

Health & Safety:

• Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
• Report any accidents or health & safety issues appropriately
• Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed, and followed
• Observe & follow all manual handling practices
