• Job Title: Multi-Skilled Heating Engineer

• Contract: Domestic & Commercial
• Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 per annum

We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance engineer to join an established team supporting response maintenance in Coleraine and Derry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary, role is full time, permanent M-F core working hours.

• £31,000 -£33,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs.
• Annual Gas/Oil Services in Client's Private properties.
• Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers.
• Safety checks and services on Oil appliances.
• Will be required to carry out other duties at the request of Management.
• Flexibility to cover other office locations may be required

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Gas Safe registered with experience in servicing domestic gas systems
• Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
• Available to carryout call outs (on a rotational basis)
• Time served or Qualified Plumber
• Valid CSR Card
• Full Driving License
