Scope of Position
Reporting to the sous chefs, you will lead and manage the breakfast section of the kitchen, overseeing and guiding commis and demi chef de parties. Your role includes assisting sous chefs in food preparation and service, ensuring standards are met, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and utensils.
