A leading hotel in London is seeking a skilled kitchen manager to oversee the breakfast section. The ideal candidate will ensure high service levels, maintain hygiene standards, and train junior staff. Scope of Position
Reporting to the sous chefs, you will lead and manage the breakfast section of the kitchen, overseeing and coordinating with commis and demi chef de parties. Your responsibilities include assisting sous chefs in food preparation and service, ensuring adherence to Raffles and Mauro’s standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and utensils.
