Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Public Sector Procurement Manager specializing in Indirect Spend. The role is based in Milton Keynes (1-2 times per week) with the rest being home-based.

Salary: £50,000-60,000 + package

Our client is a Public Sector Giant with a multi-billion revenue stream, leading in transport, engineering, civils, and committed to sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and innovation in procurement.

The Role:

As a Strategic Procurement Manager, you will lead high-profile sourcing projects with a team of 30+ procurement experts, focusing on indirect services categories such as decarbonisation, infrastructure, hard FM, and facilities services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead innovation and idea generation across spend categories to foster a best-in-class procurement culture.
2. Act as a strategic partner, identifying needs, delivering plans, and managing cross-functional collaborations.
3. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans and maximize value.

Skills Required:

1. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and procurement, preferably within the public sector or with a strong interest in transitioning into this area.
2. Agile and collaborative working methods ensuring smooth cross-functional operations.
