Are you a detail-oriented
administrator with a passion for people and precision? Beaverbrook is looking
for a friendly, efficient, and organised HR Administrator to
join our Human Resources team on a part-time basis.

This role is perfect for
someone who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and is keen to
support the behind-the-scenes HR processes that help our business thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Create employment contracts and process internal promotions
  2. Maintain accurate employee records using our HR system (Fourth)
  3. Monitor our HR inbox and support with day-to-day HR admin tasks
  4. Assist with payroll changes, reference checks, and onboarding
  5. Be the go-to person for employee queries and document management

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven admin experience (HR knowledge is a bonus!)
  2. Great attention to detail and confident communication skills
  3. Comfortable using HR systems like Fourth, Harri, MapalOne or
    similar
  4. A warm, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

Shift Pattern:

  • This position will consist of 20 hours per week
  • We are happy to consider flexible scheduling – ideal for working parents or professionals seeking work-life balance.

Salary: £13,151 per annum plus tronc
