Role summary:
The role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner. This role is a key member of the HR Team. As a HR Administrator with GB News you will be assisting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. You will support the full employee lifecycle in a fast pace, changing environment.
This is an important role as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact in the HR department. This is a fast paced, hands-on role covering all aspects of HR administration which will suit an ambitious person who is focused on being part of change and processes to make the department more efficient. With a lean organisation structure, the role requires someone with strong administrative and organisational skills.
