Job Description

• Oversee the financial operations of the organisation (Reporting to the Directors).
• Develop and monitor budgets, and implement cost control measures.
• Present financial reports and business forecasts to senior management.
• Produce Management Accounts and liaise with external Accountants when required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Work with other departments to identify financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
• Provide leadership and support to the finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Manager' should be:

• CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified / QBE
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with key stakeholders.
• Experience with Xero software would be beneficial.
• Experience in an SME environment.
• Some supervisory experience.
