To support management in all aspects to deliver a seamless experience to our Customers. Tasks include but are not limited to document management, contractual documentation, and correspondence with our Customers. Prepare and maintain commercial files, including compiling reports from information provided by the Commercial Team.

Contract: Full Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Profile

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Input and create recipes and datasheets into Winrest for all LGW customers, ensuring yields and product selections are correct.
  • Liaise with pricing analysts and executive development chefs to ensure all information, including backdoor specs and pricing, is provided timely, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Update relevant portals with chef details, chats, menu, and text requirements.
  • Maintain and update all in-house chef chat documents.
  • Assist with chef tables by taking notes, writing up results, and publishing findings to stakeholders.
  • Draft, format, print, and email relevant documents to stakeholders.
  • Manage systems and paperwork for internal and external audits.
  • Perform other commercial duties as requested.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Create agendas and take minutes during meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, and manage logistics.
  • Attend workshops and conferences as required.
  • Interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and clients at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your manager.
