Maintenance Engineer – City of London
City of London | £39,000 + Overtime | Monday–Friday 8am–5pm | On-Call Rota (£100 Retainer)

Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step in your career with the biggest name in Facilities Management? We’re on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to take charge of two premium commercial office buildings in the heart of London. Role Overview:

1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works across mechanical and electrical plant systems
2. Keeping site logbooks and documentation fully up to date
3. Providing day-to-day support to clients and tenants with a professional, can-do attitude
4. Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 2 weeks) – with a £100 standby payment

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong building services background (electrical and/or mechanical bias)
• Excellent knowledge of plant systems such as HVAC, pumps, FCUs, lighting, and BMS controls
• Proven experience in commercial FM environments
• Great communication and client-facing skills
