Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Cover Engineer, Semi Static) - Wembley, North West London - £40,000 - £42,000 + Van and Fuel Card.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00. Overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment
• Covering landlord and tenanted areas for large blue-chip companies across the City & West End
• Providing cover across a portfolio of 10 buildings for holidays and sickness

Requirements

• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent
• 17th Edition
• Client-facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Experience with statutory compliance - water treatment, fire alarms, emergency lighting, etc.
