We are partnering with Aardman to find their new Director of People & Culture.
This is a unique leadership opportunity to be part of the executive team and help shape the studio's next chapter as it approaches its 50th anniversary.
This senior leadership role involves working closely with the Executive Board and MD to uphold Aardman's mission to create immersive worlds that entertain and connect global audiences. You will be a visible and influential leader, championing a positive employee culture to ensure Aardman remains a creative and supportive workplace.
The role includes setting the cultural tone for the organization, overseeing corporate governance, and leading HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, nurture talent, and position the organization for future success.
We seek HR professionals with proven senior leadership experience, particularly in People, Culture, and HR strategy within creative or media environments. A deep understanding of employee engagement principles and the ability to influence at Board level are essential, along with strategic insight and thought leadership on cultural and people-related issues.
