Role Title: Financial Administrator

Location: Belfast

Salary: £24,000–£26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45–17:00

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Processing and reconciling daily financial transactions
  2. Reviewing incoming remittance details and ensuring correct allocations
  3. Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding incoming payments and outstanding balances
  4. Handling ad-hoc queries and same-day requests from operational teams
  5. Verifying financial documentation for completeness and accuracy
  6. Providing assistance with daily cashflow and banking records
  7. Supporting accurate financial recordkeeping and audit preparation
  8. Collaborating with showroom and departmental teams to ensure seamless financial support
