We are seeking a passionate and innovative Utilities Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bridgwater Dairy, part of Muller Milk & Ingredients.

If you are driven by sustainability and eager to make a tangible impact, this role is for you! The Utilities Improvement Engineer will be part of the site maintenance team, leveraging and initiating opportunities to deliver improvements in utilities and energy. You will work with key stakeholders to understand and achieve strategic objectives related to the business's sustainability obligations.

Utilities Improvement Engineer Key responsibilities:

1. Reduce energy & water consumption by 3% per volume of milk.
2. Assist the Compliance Manager in advancing facilities infrastructure and procedures.
3. Enhance utilities maintenance through innovative methods and hazard elimination.
4. Share knowledge and coach team members, stepping in for the Compliance Manager when needed.
5. Collaborate with Group functions to drive improvement initiatives through Capex processes.
