We are seeking a passionate and innovative Utilities Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bridgwater Dairy, part of the renowned Muller Milk & Ingredients. If you are driven by sustainability and eager to make a tangible impact, this role is for you!

The Utilities Improvement Engineer will form part of the site maintenance team leveraging and initiating opportunities which deliver improvements in utilities and energy. You will be working and engaging with key stakeholders to understand and deliver strategic objectives to meet the business sustainability obligations.

• Reduce energy & water consumptionby 3% per volume of milk.
• Assist the Compliance Managerin advancing facilities infrastructure and procedures.
• Enhance utilities maintenancethrough innovative methods and hazard elimination.
• Share knowledge and coachteam members, stepping in for the Compliance Manager when needed.
• Collaborate with Group functionsto drive improvement initiatives through Capex processes.

What are we looking for in a Utilities Improvement Engineer?

We are looking for a skilled engineer with hands-on experience in utilities equipment such as steam generation, air compressors, electricity generation, water, effluent, ammonia refrigeration, and sustainability project management. Your ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions will be key to your success
