Your responsibilities will include assembling components, operating test equipment, supporting experimental designs, analyzing data, and maintaining laboratory tools and standards. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related science field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in fibre optic cable assembly preferred.
• Knowledge of fibre optic testing procedures and industry standards is a plus.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish language a plus).
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
