We are seeking a dedicated Talent Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional contractor experience, including providing wellbeing counsel for our Contingent Worker Community.
You will serve as the first point of contact for all Contingent Worker inquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses while collaborating with colleagues and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with effective communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Please Note: You will be required to undergo Security Clearance, which will be discussed during the application process.
