Overview

How does coming into a newly created leadership role for a UK leader in their sector sound?

As we continue to grow on our Birkenhead site, we are looking for a strong leader to manage our warehouse and logistics. This role offers you the opportunity to shape and revolutionise this part of our business using your experience and knowledge.

This position is part of our senior leadership team, where we believe there are many improvements to be made. You will receive support but are encouraged to use your expertise to mould the department as you see fit.

The Role

This role has previously been under different management but now requires a dedicated leader to enhance the efficiency of our warehouse and logistics operations. You will manage a team of four, ensuring smooth operations, implementing new procedures such as barcoding, and working with new couriers to optimise product delivery within the UK and internationally.

We seek a strong personality who can bring ideas to improve our infrastructure and develop professionally. While experience in manufacturing is preferred, we are open to candidates from other sectors who are eager to implement change and support our growth.
