About the role

The Facilities & Workplace Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Flight Centre's Central London office by managing facilities management, operations, and administration.

This role also involves providing facilities management support for hard/soft services and workplace health and safety across all of Flight Centre's offices and retail stores.

About you

  • At least 3 years of office and facilities management experience
  • Proven performance in facilities management, including hard and soft services, workplace health and safety
  • Understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Experience managing contractors and suppliers
  • Experience managing data and documents within a property environment
  • Qualification in FM/health and safety or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills, including email, Word, Excel
