JOB TITLE: Workplace Facilities Manager

LOCATION: London

HOURS: Full Time

WORKING PATTERN: This role involves spending up to four days a week, or 80% of your time, at one of our office or branch locations.

About this Opportunity

Do you want to be part of a team responsible for transforming our workplaces through delivering Workplace experience and Facilities Management, impacting how 70,000 colleagues feel about working at LBG? If so, join us on our growth journey! This role oversees all elements of the Workplace experience within their region.

Key Accountabilities include:
  1. Facilities management and operational safety oversight across London.
  2. Support the Workplace Experience team and third parties to maintain and improve customer service and workplace standards.
  3. Manage workplace service delivery, review supplier relationships, ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security legislation, and conduct building audits.
  4. Implement data-driven plans to improve service levels, compliance, productivity, and mitigate costs or risks.
  5. Provide technical support to colleagues, ensuring the integrity of building infrastructure.
  6. Manage building incidents related to property, safety, and security.
  7. Promote Lloyds values, foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
  8. Manage the building's budget within the approved cost envelope.

What we need from you!
  1. Significant experience in facilities management roles.
  2. Experience in delivering workplace/facilities services across a large estate.
  3. Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation.
  4. Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, pride in the workplace.
  5. Strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills.
  6. Degree or relevant practical experience in workplace and operational safety initiatives.
  7. Knowledge of industry procedures and practices.
  8. Ability to work independently, manage dependencies, and adapt to workplace safety requirements.
  9. Proven people management skills.
