About the role

The Facilities & Workplace Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Flight Centre’s Central London office by managing the FM, operations and administration.

This role also requires you to provide facilities management support for the hard/soft services and workplace health and safety across all of Flight Centre’s portfolio of offices and retail stores.

About you

  • 3 Years of office and facilities management experience
  • Proven performance across many aspects of facilities management including hard and soft services, workplace health and safety
  • Understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Contractor and supplier management experience
  • Experience of managing data and documents within a property environment
  • Qualification in FM/health and safety or related field
  • Microsoft Office & general IT competence including email communications, Word, Excel
