This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for an Events Executive with 2 years' solid professional events experience seeking a new challenge. The role involves end-to-end management of approximately 15 events annually, including networking receptions, corporate dinners, webinars, half-day forums, and breakfast roundtables. Event sizes will vary from 20 to 300 attendees, primarily in London, with some travel within the UK.

The role will offer you:
- Full end-to-end event planning, management, and delivery of designated events.
- Sourcing, recommending, and booking venues in London and the UK.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute event marketing activities, including designing collateral such as programmes.
- Liaising with venues to ensure setup, catering, and AV requirements are met.
- Sourcing, recommending, and booking relevant suppliers and speakers.
- Providing speaker and content support, including researching speakers, issuing invites, follow-ups, RSVPs, and researching topics.
- Managing delegate bookings and feedback, producing debrief reports.
- Handling delegate management, including bookings and pre/post event correspondence.
- Maintaining records of attendee numbers and sales in CRM and relevant spreadsheets.
- On-site event support, including travel within London and overnight stays in the UK.
- Conducting comprehensive post-event wrap-up, including surveys, feedback, budget finalization, invoicing, and reporting.
- Updating CRM with contacts, marketing lists, bookings, and survey results.
- Managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and achieving cost savings.
- Collaborating with the commercial team to meet or exceed gross profit targets.
- Providing post-event status reports to the Events Director.
Requirements
