Events Executive in a Reputable Law Firm

London-based, hybrid working. Competitive Salary.

An exciting events executive role has arisen in a well-respected law firm. This role will be responsible for organising the end-to-end events for the firm. It offers the opportunity for the successful candidate to influence how the UK events programme is managed.

You will support main groups including business, disputes, private client & tax, as well as other specialist sectors.

Key Duties include:
  1. Organising and executing a variety of events such as webinars, seminars, and conferences
  2. Overseeing event logistics, including catering and AV
  3. Managing and analysing event expenditure
  4. Identifying and contracting external venues

The ideal candidate will have event management experience within professional services, preferably in the legal sector. Strong budget management and negotiation skills with suppliers are also required.
