The home supports up to 4 young people of mixed gender, aged 11 to 18, with a range of social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Many have experienced trauma, attachment issues, bereavement, and may have criminal justice involvement. The home aims to provide tailored, inspirational care to help young people address their past experiences and develop their potential.

Role Overview

The Assistant Children's Residential Home Manager supports the Registered Manager in daily operations, staff recruitment, induction, development, and implementing care and risk management plans. In the absence of the Manager, they assume overall responsibility. The role involves modeling best practice, leading interventions, and contributing to a culture of high-quality care aligned with the Children's Homes Statement of Purpose.
