A leading company in property risk expertise is seeking an Operations Manager for their Home Survey division. This role involves managing operations, improving processes, and coordinating cross-functional activities to drive efficiency and growth. To put it into numbers, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land’s End to John O’Groats. We are currently recruiting for a brand new role here at . This is an exciting time to join the business as our new Operations Manager within the Home Survey division.
You will be responsible for the management of the operations across the Home Survey Business including implementing key initiatives and developing new processes and systems. You will find new ways of working that create efficiencies and will set the business up for growth and success.
The Operations Manager will coordinate all the cross functional business activities to ensure the effective running of the Home Survey division.
