Rates: £600 Daily Rate INSIDE IR35 via Umbrella

Description:
- Coordinator / Liaison onboard vessel responsible for managing all welfare onboard the Jack Up Vessel.
- Main point of contact for MCC. Coordination of relevant vessel activities, e.g., guard vessel.
- Coordination of daily activities with all contractors.
- Preparation of daily work plans for all lifting operations with contractors and JUV.
- Logistics coordination and management, including manifesting all materials to and from the onshore base in the UK and Haugesund, Norway.
- Management of Dangerous Goods.
- Point of contact for the PSV, GV, and Support Vessels for all offshore works.
- Reviewing and contributing to project documents like CPP, ERP, and platform inductions. Review of Contractors' RAMS where necessary.
- Management of ATW and Contractors’ documents, including review and sign-off.
- Planning with vessel, cable, substation, fabrication stakeholders, commissioning teams, and other contractors to ensure all works proceed as planned and on schedule.
- Managing offshore works when JUV has departed the platform and SOV is in use.
- Planning for the offshore phase of all service works.
- Conducting LMRA (Last Minute Risk Assessments) prior to ongoing works to ensure continuous workflow.
- Sending DPR to platform manager daily.
- Attending daily meetings both onshore and offshore before work begins.
- Assisting with commissioning activities onshore and offshore.
- Ensuring contractor and company compliance with regulations, including CDM and company procedures.
- Serving as point of contact for incident reporting during hook-up phase and acting as Emergency Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Full UK Working Rights - Due to urgency, candidate must be based in the UK.
- Full GWO certifications (Enhanced First Aid).
- NEBOSH certification.
- Offshore Medical & Chester Step test.
- HUET & CA-EBS certifications.
- Bi-deltoid measurements.
