Full Job Description

A fast-growing, purpose-driven startup is looking for acommercially savvy retail and foodservice Sales Lead to drive growthacross the UK. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’spassionate about sustainability, thrives in fast-paced environments,and wants to make a big impact from day one.

Rescuing surplus coffee and chocolate from going to waste, ourclient repackages and delivers high-quality, sustainable products atunbeatable value. With growing demand and a loyal customer base,they're on a mission to change the way people think about foodwaste—and they're just getting started.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of growingsales across retail and B2B channels, particularly into supermarketsbut also offices, cafés, and restaurants.
  • Develop andexecute a winning sales strategy that drives growth across wholesaleand independent partners.
  • Build strong relationships with keydecision-makers across retail and distribution networks.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and secure listings across multiplesectors, tailoring your approach to each partner’s needs.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
  • Work directly with the founders on pricing, margin, andcommercial strategy to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Help shapethe future of the sales team, laying the foundation for future hiresand scalable success.

  • A commercially sharp,target-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills.
