Job summary

Elementa Support Services Ltd is seeking Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) to join partner schools across Bath & North East Somerset from September. We offer short-term, temp-to-perm, fixed-term and permanent contracts, with part-time or full-time hours available.

The roles require QTS or progress toward ECT status, with opportunities to gain valuable classroom experience, work with experienced staff and support pupils across various phases and subjects.

Qualifications

• QTS or be in the process of completing ECT requirements.
• Recent teaching experience including school placements.
• Good understanding of the relevant curriculum for your phase/subject.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Commitment to supporting pupils of different abilities and needs.

Responsibilities
