Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd in Peterborough is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECT) for September 2026 starts. This role targets secondary ECTs looking for their first permanent position with schools in the Cambridge region and surrounding areas.

We offer competitive PAYE salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per year, with progression opportunities, excellent CPD, and a supportive consultant from Vision for Education to help you secure a suitable role across partner schools.
