Job summary

Protocol Education Bristol is recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for exciting roles across Primary and Secondary schools starting September. This position is ideal for those who have completed UK QTS and teaching placements and want to begin a permanent, long-term career in education.

You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, build positive relationships, and work closely with school staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• UK QTS completed or awarded.
• Successful completion of teaching placements.
• Primary or Secondary teaching experience.
• A genuine passion for education.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A positive, adaptable and enthusiastic approach.
• Commitment to developing your teaching practice.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Supporting pupils' learning, progress and development.
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and encouraging their confidence.
